Choose based on your goal, whether that’s to Build Muscle or Lose Fat and whether you want a one-off or regular delivery. Ordering your perfect box is dead easy.

Boxes are priced per individual snack. All snacks cost the same amount with the exception of some of our nut butters items (they’re in larger pots!)

The TASTER box (our smallest size) of 4 items is £10.00.

The MUNCHER box (our medium size) of 8-12 snacks starts from £19.00. (You save 5%)

The STRONG SNACKER box (our largest!) of 13-16 snacks starts from £29.00. (You save 10%)

If you subscribe the delivery for all future boxes is free. Otherwise it’s just £2.95

Nope. You can always order a one-off box. And you can change or cancel a subscription at any time.

We deliver all across the UK, except the Highlands and Islands and Republic of Ireland.

Everything is freshly handmade by ourselves on a weekly basis, nothing mass produced! This is to ensure the quality is of the highest level.

As such, we dispatch boxes once per week (Every Monday.)

Our cut off date for orders every week is Friday. You must place your order by Friday to receive your box the following week.

Any orders placed after Friday will be dispatched in the following weeks shipment of boxes.

Inside your delivery box you’ll find individually wrapped snacks with everything you’ve selected.

All our packaging has been designed to allow you to grab and go with the snacks. Of course, all our packaging is 100% recyclable.

Of course. You can make changes to your subscription in Your Account .

If you fancy trying something new for your next box for one month, simply add the snacks you want and on the basket page, click “Subscribe” and “Add Cart to Existing Subscription”

Whatever changes you’d like to make, just make sure they’re done before the renewal date of your box.

Absolutely. Just go to Your Account  and hit “Skip Next Delivery” to pause your subscription. As soon as you’re ready to recieve your snacks again, hit “Resume” – it’s that simple! 

Erm, yes! Head to Your Account and click “Create a new box”. You’ll be able to nickname your subscriptions too – home and work for example – so they’re easy to manage.

Simply head to Your Account, click “My Subscriptions” and you’ll find the pause and cancel options.

Absolutely! All of our products are natural, nutritious, and protein packed! Strictly NO artificial ingredients, NO preservatives and NO weird chemicals.

We recommend consuming our snacks as part of a balanced, varied diet along with an active lifestyle.

Some of our products may contain caffeine which is not suitable for pregnant women or young children. This is detailled where appropriate.

Delicious! We definitely believe that eating healthily doesn’t mean you have to compromise on taste.

Our philosophy at P&P is only creating delicious ALL NATURAL snacks. As such, they won’t last as long as other snacks you’ll see which are filled with artificial preservatives and unpronounceable chemicals.

We recommend enjoying your snacks within a month and once opened within 3 days (Like you’re not going to eat it all at once, right?)

Storing your snacks in a cupboard or your desk drawer will be fine. We do recommend keeping our protein bars/balls in the fridge as it helps keeps them fresher for longer.

All of our snacks are prepared and packed in the same kitchen which handles all major allergens. Cross contamination may be possible and snacks may contain traces of gluten, eggs, peanuts, soya, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, crustaceans, fish, milk, molluscs, tree-nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

We therefore cannot guarantee that any of our snacks are allergen-free. 

Sure we do! Head to “Referrals” in Your Account and share your referral code with your friends. For every 3 friends you successfully refer we will send you a box of snacks for FREE. – So share the love and get some back!

Box credits are issued to your account every time you successfully refer 3 friends. Once box credits land in your account simply use them next time you order to get a taster box for FREE!

We take care to ensure nutritional values are typical of the product on offer and when available we use the nutritional information from our nutritionist or supplier.

All nutritional values are designed to provide a guideline for the nutritional content of the product.

If the supplier does not provide the nutritional information, we will provide an estimate by bench marking against similar products from popular nutritional databases, or supermarket websites.

Although this information is regularly updated, we recommend that you do not rely on this information and Protein & Pantry is unable to accept liability for any incorrect information.

If you are dissatisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us at hello@proteinandpantry.com within seven (7) days of the date you received your snacks and we will either replace the snacks at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, we may provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that product. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any snacks with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a credit or refund.
