Check out this quick and easy protein-packed smoothie made with our Protein and Pantry All Natural Almond Butter. Great for post workout to help refuel those muscles!
1 Frozen banana
1 tbs P&P Almond Butter
1 Scoop protein powder
200ml Milk (You can substitute for Almond milk, Oat milk etc. if you wish)
1 tsp Honey
1/4 tsp Glutamine (optional)
1/4 tsp Creatine (optional)
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tbs Srushed Almonds (optional)
Add all the ingredients together into a blender and blend till smooth. Transfer into your favourite cup. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on the top and a squeeze of honey. Add crushed almonds on the top for texture. That’s it!
